MCU (마블 시네마틱 유니버스)의 영화들이 더 이상 개봉 연기되는 일이 없기를 바라는 마음을 담아,

어서 코로나 바이러스를 비롯한 이 땅의 모든 전염병들이 사라져 버렸으면 하는 마음을 담아서

지난 MCU 영화들의 OST를 소개하고 있습니다.

아이언맨 1에서 나온 음악들

지난주에는 아이언맨 1에서 나오는 음악들을 소개해드렸습니다.

2008년에 개봉한 첫 MCU 영화인 아이언맨 1에 이어서

두 번째로 개봉한 MCU 영화는 인크레더블 헐크 THE INCREDIBLE HULK입니다.

하지만 인크레더블 헐크에서는 기존의 유명한 곡들이 삽입되지 않고

영화를 위해 제작된 자체 BGM만 사용되고 있기 때문에 소개를 해줄 음악이 없어서

바로 MCU의 세 번째 영화인 아이언맨 2로 넘어가겠습니다.

 

 

 

아이언맨 2 OST

 

마블 시네마틱 유니버스의 세 번째 영화인 아이언맨 2는 2010년에 개봉을 했습니다.

세 번째 영화도 10년 전 개봉이라니.. 정말 시간 많이 흘렀네요.

나이를 먹는 것은 싫지만, 해마다 새로 개봉하는 MCU 영화들은 빨리 보고 싶어서

어서 시간이 흘러서 개봉했으면 좋겠다는 생각까지 할 정도였는데,

올해는 코로나 바이러스 때문에 한 작품도 보지 못해서 아쉬울 따름입니다.

 

지금부터 아이언맨 2에서 나온 유명한 곡들을 소개하려고 합니다.

글을 작성하면서 저도 모르게 스포일러를 해버리는 말은 최대한 자제를 할 테니

아직 영화를 못 보신 분도 스포일러 걱정 없이 스크롤을 내리셔도 될 것 같습니다.

 

그리고 저는 한 포스팅에서 복수의 곡을 소개할 경우에는 6곡이 넘어가지 않도록 나름의 룰을 짜두고 있었지만,

지난번에 이어 이번에도 그렇지 못할 것 같아서 설명은 최대한 짧게 하도록 하겠습니다.

아이언맨 1에 이어서 2의 시작도 밴드 AC/DC의 곡으로 시작합니다.

 

영화의 인트로가 끝난 다음에, 아이언맨이 비행기에서 뛰어내리는 순간부터 음악이 시작되고,

아이언맨이 스타크 엑스포에 도착한 후에도 계속 흘러나오는 곡입니다.

 

Shoot To Thrill은 아이언맨 1의 처음에 삽입된 Back in Black과 마찬가지로

앨범 BACK IN BLACK에 있는 곡입니다.

스타크 엑스포 회장을 빠져나갈 때까지 계속 들려오는 음악입니다.

 

하워드 스타크가 나오는 순간부터 영상의 1분 48초부터 나오는 서정적인 음악이 흘러나오고,

화면 속의 하워드 스타크가 사라지면 영상 첫 부분의 밝고 경쾌한 부분이 흘러나옵니다.

미국의 작곡가 브래드 햇필드 Brad Hatfield의 앨범,

Straight Up Solo Piano Volume 2의 두 번째 트랙인 Good Old Days입니다.

 

모나코에서 위의 사진의 회장에 들어가는 순간부터 흘러나오는 곡인데,

대사도 많고 음악이 너무 작아서 거의 들리지 않습니다.

 

대사에 묻혀서 듣지 않고 넘어가기에는 꽤 좋은 곡이니 한번 들어보시는 걸 추천드립니다.

미국의 전설적인 패러 투팍 2Pac의 곡입니다.

사실 이쪽 장르를 잘은 모르는 저도 이름은 들어본 적이 많을 정도로 유명한 사람입니다.

저뿐만 아니라 다른 분들도 이름은 한 번쯤 들어보셨으리라고 생각합니다.

이 곡이 발표된 다음 해인 1996년에 투팍은 총에 맞아 사망을 했습니다.

 

 

 

토니 스타크가 집에서 파티를 열고,

많은 사람들 앞에서 아이언맨 슈트를 입은 채로 취해있을 때 나오는 곡입니다.

한국에서는 한때 금지곡이기도 했었다고 합니다.

플라잉 도넛을 탄 것은 그때가 처음이 아니라 이때가 처음이었군요..?

(MCU의 영화 어벤저스 인피니티 워를 보신 분만 이해할 말입니다.)

마지막 곡도 밴드 AC/DC의 곡입니다.

아이언맨 1과 2의 처음 곡들도 AC/DC의 곡들이었는데,

이 정도면 AC/DC의 음악은 거의 아이언맨의 상징이라고 할 수도 있겠네요.

 

1979년에 발매된 AC/DC의 앨범 HIGHWAY TO HELL,

이 앨범은 아이언맨 1과 2에서 처음 흘러나온 곡들이 들어있는 앨범인 BACK IN BLACK의 바로 전의 앨범입니다.

 

안타깝게도 HIGHWAY TO HELL 앨범을 마지막으로 밴드의 보컬이던 본 스콧 Bon Scott은 갑작스럽게 세상을 떠납니다.

그 후에 밴드 해체까지 고려하게 되지만 본 스콧의 가족들에게 격려를 받아 다시 분위기를 추스르고,

보컬 자리는 본 스콧이 생전에 같이 무대에 서보고 싶어 했던 영국 뉴캐슬 출신의

브라이언 존슨 Brian Johnson이 대신하게 됩니다.

이 앨범은 차기에 발매될 명작 BACK IN BLACK의 자양분이 되어줍니다.
